At home with Scandinavian Embassy

Holiday is over and I must say that these 4 weeks of a break were really necessary to unplug a bit and enjoy some time off. But now back to work again with lots of great things coming up.

A great way to start this week is this sneak peek of our latest production for Scandinavian Living about the home of Dominika and Rikard, owners ofScandinavian Embassy. The Amsterdam appartment is a tranquil enclave in the large, busy city. A home with a pure and Scandinavian based interior with a clean atmosphere and minimalistic use of color. After having lived in Polen, Sweden, Denmark and Argentina, Dominika and Rikard moved to Amsterdam. The vibrant, free-spirit environment, mentality and business opportunities made them stay in this city. When renovating their home, an efficient use of the space and natural materials that connected with Scandinavia with a minimal use of colors where some of the key elements they kept in mind. By using these elements throughout the whole house they created a perfect calm Scandinavian feeling.

Their passion for the Scandinavian way of living are combined in their companies SE:wardrobe and Scandinavian Embassy. Since a very early age Dominika was surrounded by fashion which in the end resulted in creating her dream, her own fashion label called SE:wardrobe. The label provides exclusive and minimalistic pieces with a focus on shape, quality, detail and minimal use of colors.
