"Hermosilla" a modern eatery

With the summer holidays ahead, it seems as if I only see beautiful foreign destinations and great locations and that interior is getting a bit in the background. Fortunately, these two subjects are often combined and when I read the article about one of the last projects of designstudio Plantea Estudio in Madrid I was interested immediately.

I've been to Madrid a few times when my son lived there for a school exchange programme and on my next visit I definitely want to go to this new inspiring address with its earthy tones - Restaurant Hermosilla - in the beautiful Salamanca district where you can eat delicious Mediterranean-inspired meals with a focus on local artisan produce. The interior combines an attractive range of contrasting textures such as brick, wood and marble and I really like this timeless, warm and inviting atmosphere - Elvera
