Outdoor design inspiration

It took a while, since our last post. And, a lot happened as well. First my maternity leave, the bushfires in Austraulia, covid-19: again more reasons to think about sustainabilty and how we can make the world a better place.

So, since we are spending more time at home, and if you are lucky enough to have a garden you will be spending much more time in your garden as well. Let’s make it a nature-friendly space combined with beautiful design pieces. So, time to share some of my favorite outdoor design brands. If you follow me on Instagram you know I am, besides a design lover, also a huge outdoor lover, so it makes sense to share this with you - Vivian

Last year we made images of the beautiful products of Skagerak Denmark, which is a favorite. Their products are very beautiful and they have a wide range of products as well. Lounge chair, benches, tables, but also beautiful accessories and the most beautiful drying rack ( living on the country side this is a dream rack! )

Other beautiful brands to follow are Hay ( first image ) and Ferm Living ( second image ) but also the Dutch brand Weltevree ( last image )

If you are looking for garden inspiration, you should look up the work of Piet Oudolf, who is also taking care of the landscape design at the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein, it is so beautiful!
