I have said it before but in addition to the enormous inspiration I get on instagram, I can spend hours by visiting the sites of Scandinavian magazines and real estate agents. I have been inspired many times by the work of their stylists.

My weekly visit to these sites couldn't start better when I admired the Stockholm 79 & Park project page at Oscar Properties. Besides the architecture of this iconic new building with its beautiful cedar facade, the images taken in 79 & Park's viewing apartment (129 sqm) styled and furnished by Lotta Agaton Interiors, caught my eye straight away! The harmonious warm minimalist styling with the use of stunning design masterpieces , the perfect still-lifes that we see and the great details really enthused me so much! “ A cedar facade  in a multi-family house of this size is unusual and says something about which special building 79 & Park is. It is also a durable and maintenance-free material that only gets more beautiful with the years when it is graying. The cedar tree in combination with the roof landscape makes the experience of the house lush and human. A house that harmoniously blends and embeds itself in the lush surroundings. The other dominant material is the glass that covers large parts of the facade. The glass sections create a nice contrast to the greenery and the cedar tree - of course, they also provide a fantastic light inlet and not least the view. The house is built so that most of the glass sections face the Gärdes fields to optimize the view in the south and west.

Interiors are characterized by tactile natural materials: from the oak floor and the exclusive wooden details, to the bathrooms in granite ceramics and the natural stone in the kitchen.
