Sundaymood: elvera's home

If you follow me on instagram you might have seen that I’ve been having a fantastic time at Copenhagen these last few days. We have visited this always inspiring city for several times now but besides the well-known and favorite spots there are always new places to discover. We love to explore Copenhagen by bike and this time we admired Superkilen, a urban public park in the Nørrebro district  and The Kastrup Sea Bath area. Two great and beautiful places where I definitely will share some snapshots in an other post very soon.

Of course the best thing after being away is coming home and share our adventures with the boys while having a nice cup of tea in our just updated livingroom.

Inspired by Vivian´s recent home renovation (see more here) where she added some color and by the current trend of using natural tones, we also decided to freshen up the walls and this time not only in white but also in a nice warm shade of beige. After so many years this, for us, huge change really made us smile and even made us paint the pedestal and the sculpture in the same color. Such an amazing change dont you think so? With some new matching accessories as the beautiful chocolate brown corduroy cushion from the new Ferm living collection and our new diy (tray) table, made with the stunning marble board by Stoned we turned our living room in a stylish room again in a very simple way. Something that appeals to all of us I guess! Today a short impression, What do you think? - Elvera -
