The Pato family - Fredericia

Are you already familiar with the Pato collection? I have to be honest, I wasn’t. But when I received the images of this beautiful chair family, I got very excited. Especially since they are useable in different settings, from residential homes to public spaces. And it’s not very often that a chair family looks stunning in either both functions. I love it as a side chair in your living room or bedroom but have you also seen that dining chair/ office chair?! What’s your favorite? - Vivian

Fredericia presents three new chairs to the Pato collection that blend functionality, comfort and durability; making them the perfect choice for a variety of settings. The Pato collection, originally intended for the professional markets, is now extended with new Pato models offering the collection towards new audiences. By introducing a base in sleek steel tubes, the chairs are imbued with a slightly more elegant feel perfectly suited for residential homes. This impression is further complemented by a selection of high-grade leather and fabric upholstery or a seat in veneer.

The gentle processing of the seat in polypropylene results in a silky smooth surface with no visible injection marks, which makes it just as suitable for residential settings as the upholstered models. Furthermore, this surface is both easy to clean and durable making it last for decades to come.

"With Pato, we wanted to create the optimal chair, suitable for every situation - anywhere. A chair with a simple expression and the best possible comfort." - Welling / Ludvik
