This is what i'm going to do today. Making this pretty white honey ginger coconut ice cream. Can you imagine how great they taste on a warm sunny day?

We found this vegetarian, gluten-free and diary-free recipe on the Kinfolk website. I love the fact that you don't have to get any ingredients for it - just coconut milk, ginger and honey - it's something you'll always have at home, at least, we do.
