oatmeal apple muffins
We love food and trying new and (healthy) recipes. With all the busy schedules and busy life we want to take good care of ourselves and try to live more healthy and conscious.
We have tried this recipe for oat muffins and they really taste delicious. The original recipe is from this great blog here. It is real easy to make and the first moment you put the muffins in the oven your house will smell amazing.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana - 125 grams oats - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons of baking powder - 100 ml of milk - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon - little bit of salt - a bit of sunflower oil - about 2 spoons of honey - 1 big apple in small pieces
Preheat the oven on 170 degrees celcius. Mix the banana, oats, milk, eggs, cinnamon and baking powder. Then add the salt, honey and sunflower oil. The last thing you add are the pieces of apple. We used a muffin plate and cut out square pieces of baking paper for the muffins. Add the muffin mix and place it in the over for about 30 minutes.
The muffins taste delicious and are even healthy too. Try for yourself and we are curious to hear what you think of it.
